Agenesis of the corpus callosum with parallel lateral ventricles giving the "racing car sign" on axial sequences and "Moose head/viking helmet' appearance on coronal sequence with widened mid-portion of the interhemispheric fissure.
Bilateral high signal on T2 and FLAIR of the corticospinal tract from the perirolandic cortex to the posterior limb of the internal capsules.
