The MRI sequences demonstrate bilateral high signal on FLAIR and T2 of the basal ganglia, thalami, and corticospinal tract from perirolandic cortex to the posterior limb of the internal capsules with atrophied corpus callosum and deep periventricular white with ventriculomegaly.
