Large ICA aneurysm coiled.
Case Discussion
Initial CT demonstrates intraparenchymal, subarachnoid and intraventricular blood, with hydrocephalus.
Within the hematoma, a rounded lower density area is present which is suspicious for a large aneurysm.
CTA (not shown) confirmed the presence of an aneurysm which was further imaged with angiography.
The aneurysm was filled with numerous coils.
