Thoracolumbar scoliosis convex to the left convex at T12 with a Cobb angle of 35 degrees and the apex at the T9-T10 level. Lesser curvature in the upper thoracic spine convex to the left at T2 with a Cobb angle of 25 degrees. Risser stage 0.
