Case Discussion

Although the patient presenting, in this case, had the diagnosis of idiopathic congenital talipes equinovarus, or clubfoot, he did not seek medical assistance until adulthood, when the pain became almost unbearable in his daily life. The orthopedic team planned a series of steps for his treatment including casting, manipulation, through surgical release, and physiotherapy.
