stenosis of the lateral segments of the transverse sinuses
no evidence of tonsillar ectopia

Case Discussion
MRI findings are reflective of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (a.k.a pseudotumor cerebri).
Bilateral venous sinus stenosis is thought to be the most sensitive/specific finding.
