The subarachnoid space around the optic nerves are prominent along with mild vertical tortuosity of the optic nerves and flattening of the posterior sclera.
Partially empty sella turcica is noted.
No evidence of tonsillar ectopia is seen.
Case Discussion
MRI findings are more in favor of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (a.k.a pseudotumor cerebri) as described above.
