Tortuous optic nerve with prominent surrounding subarachnoid space (optic nerve hydrops). Empty sella turcica also evident.
No intracranial space occupying lesions. Major arterial and venous flow voids present. No Chiari malformation.

Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (pseudotumor cerebri) is a syndrome with signs and symptoms of increased intracranial pressure where no structural cause can be identified.
