5 years old child presenting with headache, blurred vision and diminished left eye vision. Fundal examination revealed bilateral papilledema.

Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (pseudotumor cerebri)

- Mild ectasia and tortousity of both optic nerves as well as distended peri-optic nerve sheaths with enlarged perioptic subarachnoid CSF spaces.
Mild indentation of the posterior eye globe related to the optic nerve head is observed.
- Partial empty sella.
- Slit-likle ventricles.
- Otherwise, normal supra- and infra-tentorial brain with no mass lesion or signal abnormality.
