Idiopathic scoliosis with spondylolisthesis

Idiopathic scoliosis. Lower back pain.

Patient Data

Age: 12 years
Gender: Female

Double curve scoliosis. Left-convex upper thoracic curve centered at T5, right-convex lower thoracic curve centered at T10. No fusion or segmentation defect. Spondylolysis at L5.

Confirmation of scoliosis. No segmentation or fusion defect. Normal posterior elements. No edema of L5 pars. Normal kidneys.

Confirmation of bilateral L5 pars defects with 2 mm separation and grade I spondylolisthesis.
