Presentation

Patient with shortening of fingers in hand and feet, no other anomalies associated. Lab examination normal.

Patient Data

Age: 12 years
Gender: Female

There is shortening of the 4th metacarpal bones and 4th metatarsal bones in both feet.

Case Discussion

Since there are no lab or physical examination anomalies associated with the shortening, the finding is considered idiopathic.
