Presentation

Ileal conduit and recent decline in renal function.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

A 12 Fr Foley catheter was inserted into the ileal conduit at the right iliac fossa. Omnipaque 350 contrast, diluted to 50% with 0.9% normal saline, was injected (total volume 80 ml). 

Contrast can be seen to reflux into the left kidney with no evidence of obstruction or hydronephrosis. There are surgical clips at the sites of the previous right nephrectomy and cyctectomy.
