Right upper abdominal pain for 2 days.

There is an invagination of the distal segment into the proximal segment of small bowel loops, which is involving ileal segments. However, no definite dilatation of the proximal bowel is seen.

No CT-detectable lesion in the form of the leading point is noted.

The rest of the viscera appear unremarkable.

Case Discussion

CT findings are most likely suggestive of ileo-ileal intussusception as described above.
