Marked increased wall thickness suggestive of tumor infiltration is present at the cecum, proximal ascending colon, and the distal portion of the ileum, which causes ileal loops distention and oral contrast stasis. Pericolic fat stranding and several regional enlarged lymph nodes with SAD less than 18 mm are evident.
The hepatic attenuation value is less than of the spleen, suggesting fatty liver disease.
Two hyperdense stones less than 10 mm are seen in the gallbladder.
