Presentation
Colicky abdominal pain for 3 days.
Patient Data

There is evidence of a lesion measuring about 5.1 cm in lenght with concentric alternating echogenic and hypoechoic bands, seen in the right hypochondral area, giving the target sign on transverse plane and pseudokidney sign on longitudinal plane, the lesion shows echogenic fat core which exeeds the diameter of the outer wall in addition to intralesional lymph nodes.

There is a well-defined fixed rounded filling defect of contrast seen in the caecum.
The contrast didn't pass to the terminal ilium after three tials.
Case Discussion
There are several ultrasound features, help in distinguishing small bowel from ilieocolic intussusception, all of them are seen in the above images, suggesting ilieocolic intussusception.
Intussusception reduction was done for three trials, however unfortunately if failed to resolve the intussusception.
