Patient Data

Age: 15 months
Gender: Female

Evidence of soft tissue mass is noted in the right hypochondrium suggestive of ileocolic intussusception. No evidence of pneumoperitoneum or bowel obstruction, however the small bowel loops are seen mildly dilated in the mid abdomen. No pathological calcifications. The scanned dorsolumbar spine as well as the pelvic bones appear grossly unremarkable.

A soft tissue mass with a characteristic target sign is noted over the right hypochondrium with maintained vascularity and no significant fluid collection is noted within or around consistent with ileocolic intussusception.
