Ileoileal intussusception

Ileoileal intussusception is present, accompanied by bowel wall thickening. An 18 mm fat density lead point is also evident could be suggestive for lipoma.
Two adjacent stones, 10 mm and 8 mm, are seen at the left renal pelvis.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Intussusception occurs when one segment of the bowel is pulled into itself or a neighboring loop of the bowel by peristalsis. Ileoileal intussusception is uncommon.
