A large displaced fracture is noted involving the right iliac wing however, acetabulum is intact.

Few displaced fragments are also noted in the vicinity of the fracture line.

Both hip joints appear within normal limits.

The rest of the visualised bones are unremarkable.

Case Discussion

CT findings in the setting of trauma are consistent with a fracture of the iliac wing as described above.
