Iliopsoas abscess from Crohn disease

There is a long circumferential thickening with mucosal enhancement of the terminal ileum (length =12 cm). A fistulous tract is noted extending from the terminal ileum to the iliopsoas major muscle forming an intramuscular abscess measuring 8 x 6 x 4 cm.
