A known case of hemophilia presented with acute, non-traumatic onset of left hip anterior pain with flexion deformity for last 2 days.

There is avascular, heterogeneous echo pattern area ( about 70 x 30 x 30 mm ) resulting in enlarged left iliopsoas in comparison to the asymptomatic right. There is no effusion in the left hip joint.
Case Discussion
Ultrasound findings in a patient with a clinical background of hemophilia favor iliopsoas hematoma.
