Focal thickening of the distal iliotibial band (ITB) in regard to the lateral femoral condyle.
Ill-defined signal abnormalities interposed between the ITB and the lateral femoral condyle, compatible with edematous changes.
Case Discussion
Findings are compatible with ITB friction syndrome.
