Presentation

Abdominal distension.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Large pelviabdominal mixed solid and cystic lesion with moderate free ascites.

Large pelviabdominal predominately cystic lesion with fluid and contents with internal calcifications, epicentered on the left adnexa, suggestive of immature cystic teratoma.

Right ovary shows another fat-containing lesion.

Moderate free ascites is noted.

Case Discussion

Features of immature ovarian teratoma, epicentered on left adnexa. It is associated with another contralateral ovarian teratoma.
