Bilateral basal bronchiectasis. Normal cardiac and abdominal situs.

Bilateral basal bronchiectasis and sinusitis are in favor of ciliary dyskinesia or immotile cilia syndrome.

Case Discussion

The combination of bilateral basal bronchiectasis and sinusitis are in favor of ciliary dyskinesia or immotile cilia syndrome.

Normal cardiac and abdominal situs.

Nasal biopsy:

Respiratory mucosa with squamous metaplasia.
