The implantable pulse generator has (been) rotated 180 degrees and is a bit superolateral in relation to its former location.

Implantable pulse generator (IPG) for Parkinson disease. The images were taken 4 years apart. In the latter image, the device is rotated, perhaps due to twiddling.
