- focal saccular dilatation of the terminal right internal carotid artery with peripheral calcification, suspicious for an incidental ICA aneurysm

- the CTA confirms that there are in fact two supracavernous right ICA aneurysms measuring up to 9 mm
- both aneurysm sacs project superiorly and to the right
Case Discussion
This patient presented with headache and illustrates that although this is a CT sinuses study that the soft tissue and vascular structures remain an important check area.
The patient went on to have a dedicated CTA, which confirmed the aneurysms. The patient was then referred to a tertiary center for neurosurgical and neurointerventional input.
