Two-month history of abdominal discomfort and swelling.

CT

Routine CT with oral and IV contrast

Scout film showing small bowel loops all to the right of midline and colon to the left. Typical malrotation with the SMA to the right of the SMV (arrow). 

Oblique coronal reconstruction with CBD entering the duodenum to the right of its normal position.

Oblique sagittal reconstruction of the CBD (arrow) showing it entering the duodenum more anteriorly than usual indicating that the duodenum is not in its normal position ie more anterior and to the right
