Incomplete annular pancreas

The pancreatic head has an unusual morphology, apparently encircling the second part of duodenum without significant duodenal narrowing. No pancreatic mass is noted. The pancreatic duct is unobstructed.
Case Discussion
Annular pancreas is a morphological anomaly which can cause duodenal obstruction. In incomplete annular pancreas, the annulus does not surround the duodenum completely, giving a 'crocodile jaw' appearance.
