Incomplete hippocampal inversion

Relatively rounded appearance of left hippocampus is seen with vertically oriented collateral sulcus. No obvious evidence of hippocampal sclerosis is however seen.

Finding consistent with incomplete inversion of left hippocampus. This can itself cause seizures.
