30 years old male pateint with history of index finger prick with a nail 2 weeks ago

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
mri

Diffuse marrow signal alteration of the phalanges & metacarpal bone of the index finger appearing of subtle low signal on T1 and high signal on STIR weighted images. 

Index finger subcutaneous soft tissue edema & fat obliteration is seen more pronounced at the distal phalanx of the index finger with fluid signal seen surrounding the related tendon of the flexor digitorum longus.
