Right inguinal hernia was noted containing small bowel loop, with hernia sac lateral to inferior epigastric artery. Neck of the sac measures ~7 mm. Vascularity was preserved, and no significant proximal bowel dilatation seen.
Case Discussion
Intraoperative findings confirmed an indirect inguinal hernia.
