Huge right-sided inguinoscrotal hernia filled with omentum and fluid. The right testis is seen displaced inferiorly and posteriorly within the right hemiscrotum, by the huge hernia. The right testis shows normal signal intensity with no focal lesions seen. It measures 5x3.6x2 cm in dimensions.

Oval shaped structure is seen, within the left side of the scrotum, measuring about 2x1.1x1cm, consistent with atrophied left-sided testis.

Bilateral inguinal reactive inflammatory lymph nodes.
