There is distension of small intestine and multiple corresponding air-fluid levels, with a transition point in a distal loop of ileum in an indirect inguinal hernia. There is small amount of fluid in the right inguinal canal, surrounding the herniated loop, which is suspicious for strangulation, but there are no definite signs of ischemia in the bowel loops.
