There is a large lobulated soft tissue mass within the right parotid gland, involving both superficial and deep lobes, isodense to the muscles on precontrast images with intense and relatively homogeneous enhancement on postcontrast images, containing large internal vessels from the external carotid artery. The left parotid gland appears normal.
