Headache and nasal obstruction.

Gender: Female

Right concha bullosa with internal partial opacification.

Nasal septal deviation with convexity towards the left side.

Mucoperiosteal thickening of right anterior ethmoid air cell.

Case Discussion

Concha bullosa is pneumatization of middle nasal turbinates. It is commonly associated with nasal septal deviation. It can be infected as in current case.
