Gender: Female

Hyperinflated lungs. Large rounded mass in the right lung with an air-fluid level.


Background emphysema. Large abscess in the apical segment of the RLL with an air-fluid level.

Case Discussion

Large emphysematous bulla with superimposed infection (abscess).
