Umbilical region shows hernia mesh superficial to rectum muscle. Mesh is abutting muscle in most of part, except at margins where mesh shows folding on itself.
Superficial to mesh anechoic collection with few thin septa is noted, about 6 x 6 x 2 cm size. Fluid cleft is noted in subcutaenous fat scar region with alogn with fat inflammation
