Inferior and middle glenohumeral ligament tears

Shoulder dislocation the day before.

Patient Data

Age: 50
Gender: Female

There is complete disruption of the posterior portion of the inferior glenohumeral ligament (IGL tear) with extensive haemorrhage in the axillary region. The MGL also can't be identified and there is diffuse bleeding in the region of the antero-souerior capsule and the rotator interval. Slight medial subluxation of the long biceps head tendon in the proximal sulcus.
