Inferior and middle glenohumeral ligament tears

Presentation

Shoulder dislocation the day before.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

There is a complete disruption of the posterior portion of the inferior glenohumeral ligament (IGL tear) with extensive hemorrhage in the axillary region. The MGL also can't be identified and there is diffuse bleeding in the region of the anterosuperior capsule and the rotator interval. Slight medial subluxation of the long head o the biceps tendon in the proximal sulcus.
