There is a fracture of the right inferior orbital rim with an associated fluid level in the maxillary sinus, air within the superior orbit and significant soft tissue swelling.

Coronal reconstruction with bone algorithm demonstrates the inferior orbital floor fracture in more detail. Further fractures of the medial maxillary wall and vomer are also evident.
Case Discussion
This plain film nicely demonstrates an inferior orbital floor fracture with the associated secondary findings of a maxillary air-fluid level and air within the orbital cavity rising superiorly (the 'Black Eyebrow' sign).
