Inferior shoulder dislocation

Humeral head is inferiorly dislocated. No fracture identified. Note humeral alignment parallel to the chest wall.

Normal glenohumeral joint alignment on post reduction x-rays. Small Hill-Sachs lesion anteriorly.
Case Discussion
Inferior shoulder dislocations are rare when compared to anterior, and even posterior shoulder dislocations.
This case is a little unusual in that it lacks the classic overhead fixed abduction deformity, although this appearance has been reported in the literature 1.
