History of delivery 20 days ago, bilateral pedal edema.

Age: 30 year
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Inferior vena cava is distended and filled with hypoechoic non-compressible material. No flow is detected by color Doppler.

Case Discussion

Pregnancy-related venous stasis is a known cause for bland thrombosis of inferior vena cava.
