Case Discussion

This small carcinoma was initially assumed to be a lymphnode.

The lesion is too dense and spiculated to be  a simple lymphnode. This is not a birads 2 case. It deserves to be worked up. This was in fact a small malignancy.

Compare withcases 21305 and 21306. Train your eye to run along the pectoral profile on the MLO views.
