Caecal appendix was not identified. In the umbilical region, where the patient complains of pain, a tubular structure is identified tracking from the umbilicus to the bladder dome. This structure is dilated in its proximal umbilical portion, where it shows anechoic cystic component and thick walls with hyperemia on Doppler.
