Presentation

Painless mass in the left scrotum that had been growing slowly for about 2 years.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Multinodular mass surrounding the left testicle, which appears smaller than the right. Extremely low signal on T2-weighted images and moderate enhancement of the nodules.

Case Discussion

The patient underwent surgery.

Histologic diagnosis: partially sclerotic inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor arising from the epididymis and the spermatic cord.
