Elongated calcified density superimposed over the expected site of the rotator cuff.
Otherwise, the shoulder joint appears unremarkable.

Well defined elongated low signal intensity structure seen intervening the infraspinatus tendon near its insertion with surrounding minimal edema.
Otherwise, the shoulder joint and rest of the rotator cuff tendons are unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Usually easy detected by shoulder radiograph and should be followed by MRI for better characterization.
