The patient is a 60 year old woman who came with animal bone ingestion.

Long bony foreign body in the soft tissues of the neck, anterior to the C5 ,C6 vertebral body.

also,prevertebral soft tissue swelling is noted.

Long bony foreign body in the soft tissues of the neck (Tracheoesophageal ridge), anterior to the C5 ,C6 vertebral body.also,prevertebral soft tissue swelling is noted.

Case Discussion

Rigid and flexible Esophagoscopy were done for patient but foreign body was not seen.The ingested bone has penetrated to esophagotracheal ridge.
