Standing radiographs show a metal density focus in the mid-anterior abdomen region. The foreign body shows a double-ring sign and a step-off sign. No free gas under the domes of the diaphragm. No abnormal bowel gas pattern. The third is a lateral image which is cropped, and magnified with contrast-brightness edits.
