There is a metal dense opacity (coin) overlying stomach gas shadow on AP supine view. However, there is the colonic gas shadow at the same level. In lateral view, the colonic gas shadow is anterior. The coin lies away from the anterior abdominal wall and above the colonic gas. Radiography favors coin in the stomach.

There is reverberation artifact due to the coin in the collapsed stomach.
Case Discussion
Radiography and ultrasound show a coin in the stomach.
