Frontal projection: upside down "SpongeBob SquarePants" foreign body projecting over the thoracic inlet.
Lateral projection: thin elongated foreign body is seen within the proximal esophagus.
Case Discussion
When you look at the lateral view first, you see a thin long foreign body which looks like a pin. On the frontal view, here he is! Upside down "SpongeBob SquarePants" looking at you with a big smile and his tongue out.
