History of ingestion of a marble ball 2 hours ago.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male

X-ray

x-ray

A well-defined, rounded radiopaque foreign body is noted in the left lower abdomen projecting over the left ala of the sacrum.

No dilatation of the proximal bowel loops or abnormal air-fluid levels to suggest any bowel obstruction. 

No pneumoperitoneum.
